Below is a summary of my "official" training and certifications.  The most important training is not shown here, since it is the cumulative knowledge I have acquired in over a decade of IT support.  Starting out as a Network Technician, and through the years becoming a Network Designer, Messaging Administrator, Network Administrator, and Director of IT, it is this accumulated knowledge that will be most important and helpful to you.
